Alpha Brands can fulfil all your embroidery or print
needs on all ordered items. We can embroid or print any logo or design onto any
of our products. (Hats, Polos, Jumpers, Shirts, Jackets, Workwear, Uniforms,
Pens, Rulers and much more).
When you provide us with your logo or design, we will digitise it ready for it
to be printed or embroidered (depending on item). Alternatively, if you already
have a digitised file you can provide us with it electronically.
We have streamlined the embroidery and print process
so that it is hassle free for everyone.
The easy to follow steps are as follows:
Provide us a high quality image of your logo - for the best design results we require high resolution art in preferably JPEG or BMP file formats, however we can also use PDF, GIF, TIFF and EPS format.
Complete our logo decoration order form which will be supplied on order placement or see below. This will include the decoration dimensions, position on the garments, specific PMS colours, and more.
We will then email a quote for the embroidery or print work which you will need to accept prior to us proceeding.
Once approved, we will commence on digitizing your logo. Once digitised, we will e-mail you a visual of the logo for approval. We request your approval in writing (email confirmation accepted). Your approval of this is our “okay to proceed” with the embroidery or print. An embroidered or print sample can be sent if requested, however, the cost (including freight) will need to be paid for upfront.
We will then ship your order directly to our embroiderer or printer (or the embroiderer or printer of your choice). Please note we cannot refund or exchange garments once delivered to the embroiderer.
All embroidery or print will be completed as soon
as possible and shipped to you.
