Chris Short is the Senior Building Consultant and Company Principal, and has worked in the building industry since 1973. He is a Fellow and Life Member of the Association of Building Consultants and an Associate Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia. He is available to produce technical reports and act as an Expert Witness in building-related disputes.
His wide experience and qualifications include:
- Registered Building Inspector
- Category 1 Licensed Builder (unrestricted licence)
- accredited Swimming Pool Safety Inspector
- tertiary qualifications in company law
- wide experience in technical writing
