"We thought the best way to show what we offer is to provide a list of the twenty most
recent tasks presented and completed by our trades teams, so here goes -"

    • Carry out inspection of complete reticulation system, correct all malfunctioning sprinklers and cross wiring problems.

  2. Area : Shenton Park
    • Remove flaking paint using high pressure water unit and tidy area to underground carpark ceiling.

  3. Area : Subiaco
    • Replace flyscreen to front window.

  4. Area : Shenton Park
    • Supply and install new Deadlock to front entrance door.

  5. Area : Mullaloo
    • Modify kitchen cupboards to accommodate dishwasher installation.

  6. Area : West Perth commercial offices
    • Modify internal gyprock stud walls within office space, install new wall, door and frame and modify lighting and relocate power points as required, repaint all new installation, apply decorative dado rails, wallpaper and carpet to make good.

  7. Area : Shenton Park
    • Replace rotten pergola timbers as inspected with CCA Treated Pine and paint to suit.

  8. Area : Sorrento
    • Remove roof tiles as necessary, seal all leaking joints in downpipes. Prepare and paint stained eaves.

  9. Area : Marmion
    • Supply and install new rollers to glass sliding door.

  10. Area : Karrinyup
    • Completely remove and dispose of existing damaged/rotten jarrah deck to rear of property, completely rebuild new deck with concrete footings from CCA Treated Pine.

    • Supply and install new 'double' decorative entrance door with new weather seals and painted 2 colours.

  12. Area : Quinns
    • Supply and install new internal door and paint to suit.

  13. Area : Kingsley
    • Seal shower recess from seepage into plaster walls, when dry, return and repair opposing walls.

  14. Area : Scarborough
    • Supply and install new shower head.

  15. Area : Joondalup
    • Supply and install new letterbox.

  16. Area : Woodvale
    • Supply and install new downpipe and soakwell.

  17. Area : Padbury
    • Supply and install new clothesline, remove and dispose of old unit.

  18. Area : Padbury
    • Investigate water leak under shower floor, excavate area and repair broken pipework. Source matching tiles and retile shower floor.

  19. Area : Wembley Downs
    • Recement/repoint ridge capping over complete roof of residential property.

  20. Area : Alexander Heights
    • Repaint complete house.
