Greg is a Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach who has extensive experience working with a wide range of organisations and industries, specialising in Culture Transformation, Change Management, Leadership and Team Development. He has worked with CEO’s, Management Boards, Executive Teams, Senior Leaders, Managers and Frontline Employees in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, USA, Hong Kong, China, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Cook Islands, Fiji, India and UAE – across a range of industries including financial services, insurance, rural services, superannuation, construction, retail, consumer goods, education, health, government and telecommunications.

He is passionate about the human element in business and is dedicated to helping individuals, teams and organisations be the best they can be in order to achieve their personal and professional aspirations. He uses his knowledge and skills to unleash potential, and takes a systemic approach to ensure mindsets, behaviours and processes are all aligned to achieve the highest possible level of performance.

Greg resides in Melbourne Australia with his wife, Leeanne and their two children, Ella and Finn.
