Mark Bain is the principal director of Mark Bain Constructions Pty Ltd – a construction company that has spread it’s wings in line with the enormous growth on the Sunshine Coast, particularly in the Noosa Heads area.
Since the establishment of Mark Bain Constructions Pty Ltd in 1993 (the company being a “spin off” from a family background of construction in the Noosa area), the company has continued to produce the highest quality housing allowing Mark Bain Constructions Pty Ltd to carry the label of ‘Excellence in Construction’.
From humble yet busy beginnings constructing homes from the lower to middle ends of the market, the company has expanded to undertake some of the luxury homes that Noosa is renowned for, and has firmly established itself as a leading commercial property builder inclusive of the construction of some of the Sunshine Coast’s largest Retirement Villages, and Unit / Townhouse Complexes.
Mark’s company is privately owned with two Directors, supportive administrative staff, and completely dedicated Foremen/Supervisors. Their crew of tradesmen, labourers and sub-contractors of which there are some 60 are continuously engaged in work and have been with the company for a long period of time.
